I have been contracted by the City of Carmel since 2016 as the director of Bike Carmel. The initiative creates opportunities for the community to ride at events throughout the year designed for both children and adults.
In 2023, I noticed more and more kids that couldn't ride without training wheels. I researched some modern methods for teaching the skill of riding on two wheels and created the Learn2Ride program.
The program is a 4 step process and has had an incredible success rate of 90% in just one 2hr session.
